  • Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as directed by the MD.
  • Act as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and maintain records and files securely.
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of the MD.
  • Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure progress and completion.
  • Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Support the MD in business and personal tasks, as required.
  • Liaise with departments to ensure seamless information flow to and from the MD.
