Role Description: We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Salesperson with experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and Firefighting Systems. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, prepare quotations, and achieve sales targets while providing technical solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales leads and develop business opportunities.
• Promote and sell HVAC and firefighting systems to commercial, industrial, and residential clients.
• Meet customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure accurate technical support.
• Follow up on enquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of sales experience in HVAC and/or firefighting systems.
• Good knowledge of HVAC equipment, fire alarm systems, fire suppression systems, pumps, sprinklers, and relevant standards.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driving licence (if required).
