Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Person to join our remote team. You will be responsible for driving retail shelf placement, managing buyer relationships, and expanding our footprint across USA retail and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, pitch, and close new retail and wholesale accounts.
• Manage a pipeline of distributor and buyer relationships.
• Present our portfolio to potential accounts, highlighting shelf strategy and velocity.
• Coordinate with internal logistics and distribution centers to ensure order fulfillment.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
• Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and closed deals.
• Provide market feedback to the brand incubation team on pricing, packaging, and positioning.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience (CPG, retail, or wholesale preferred).
• Excellent spoken and written English – able to negotiate with US buyers.
• Self-starter comfortable working remotely during 09:00 PM to 05:00 AM PKT.
• Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce,, Zoho or similar).
• Understanding of retail shelf dynamics, margins, and wholesale distribution models.

Preferred:

• Experience selling into convenience stores or specialty retailers.
• Knowledge of wellness, supplement, or functional food categories.
