Megatech Creative is seeking motivated and enthusiastic salespersons to join our dynamic team in North Nazimabad, Karachi. This position operates during evening hours from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, suited to individuals who thrive in a commission-based compensation model and wish to build their professional skills in digital marketing and client acquisition. Managing a team of 10 persons, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues to meet individual and team sales targets. Your ability to lead by example and maintain a positive attitude will contribute to the overall success of the sales department, enhancing client satisfaction and fostering a productive workplace. With a focus on generating high-quality leads and cultivating strong client relationships, you will be instrumental in driving the growth initiatives of Megatech Creative, a company dedicated to creative solutions and innovative marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
 

• Initiate and manage lead generation activities primarily through social media channels to acquire new clients and expand the companys market reach.
• Engage with potential clients through effective communication to understand their needs and offer suitable products or services provided by Megatech Creative.
• Maintain and nurture ongoing client relationships to encourage repeat business and establish long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that meet or exceed sales targets within the designated sales territory.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, client interactions, and lead progress to management.
• Participate actively in training sessions to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry trends relevant to digital marketing and client acquisition.
• Demonstrate a professional and customer-oriented attitude that reflects the values and goals of Megatech Creative.
• Support and motivate team members by sharing best practices and facilitating a cooperative and goal-driven environment.
• Manage and oversee the daily activities of a sales team consisting of 10 individuals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and providing guidance to optimize performance.
• Adapt sales techniques based on feedback and market conditions to maximize effectiveness and improve client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, sales transactions, and follow-up schedules using company-approved systems.
