Responsibilities
 

• Lead and oversee a team of six sales professionals, providing coaching, motivation, and support to maximize team performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
• Engage directly with clients through various communication channels to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to align sales activities with marketing initiatives and product offerings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and areas for business development.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using the companys CRM tools.
• Evaluate team performance regularly and provide constructive feedback and training to foster continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all sales processes and customer interactions.
