Titan Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and lead a group of seven sales professionals in driving revenue growth. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive outreach such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging referrals. The successful candidate will present, promote, and sell our products and services to prospective customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. With a firm understanding of market trends and product knowledge, the Sales Representative will collaborate closely with team members and other departments to implement effective sales strategies and achieve agreed-upon targets within schedule. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in sales or a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position requires a goal-driven professional who can work independently and lead their team by example. The Sales Representative must handle customer inquiries sensitively and resolve complaints promptly to uphold Titan Solutions' standard of customer service. Flexibility in working hours and the ability to travel to meet clients as needed will support successful sales outcomes. A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, alongside proficiency in basic office and customer relationship management software.
Responsibilities
 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and foster loyalty.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives within established deadlines and schedules.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to potential client needs.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions accurately.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead and motivate a team of seven sales representatives to enhance performance and reach targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve sales strategies and processes.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the sales team, including performance monitoring and coaching.
  • Plan and organize team activities to ensure consistent and effective customer engagement.
  • Utilize customer relationship management software and MS Office tools to track sales progress and manage contacts.
  • Demonstrate resilience and confidence in overcoming challenges and closing sales.
  • Exhibit excellent time management and organizational skills to balance team leadership and individual responsibilities.
