Job Description:

Al Jaza Educational Institute is looking for confident and energetic Call Representatives to join our team at our Gulistan-e-Johar campus. The selected candidates will handle student inquiries over the phone, provide information about our courses and admission process, and maintain a positive relationship with potential and enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming calls and guide students/parents about courses and admissions.
• Make follow-up and promotional calls to potential students.
• Record and maintain accurate inquiry details.
• Support the counseling and admission teams when required.
• Ensure professional and friendly communication with every caller.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Good communication skills (Urdu required; basic English understanding preferred).
• Confident, polite, and well-mannered on phone.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry).
• Prior experience in call center, telemarketing, or academic counseling is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 60,000 (based on experience and performance).
