Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Recruiter. The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Additional responsibilities include building relationships with hiring managers, understanding business needs, and maintaining candidate pipelines. The role may also involve account management duties to ensure alignment between client requirements and candidate placements.
 

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Experience in Hiring processes and building candidate pipelines
• Strong Account Management and stakeholder relationship skills
• Excellent Communication skills across verbal and written platforms
• Ability to work independently in remote settings and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within sales or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
