Now Hiring: Sales QA Executive
Full-Time | Onsite — Karachi
Timings: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

As an entry-level Sales QA Executive, you’ll gain hands-on experience in evaluating and improving sales performance through structured training and real-world exposure. You’ll work closely with sales teams to ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness in client interactions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate sales calls, chats, and emails to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify gaps in sales performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with sales and training teams to improve scripts and processes.
• Maintain QA reports and document performance trends.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly in written form.

Requirements:

• Fresh Graduates or candidates with 0–6 months of work experience.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to Rs55,000.00 per month
