Job Overview:
This role involves creating processes and SOPs, performing QA checks on CRM, KPI, and performance reports, ensuring that outreach processes, workflows, and communication align with best practices and company standards. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to evaluate and improve lead generation activities, ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns and digital sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain QA related SOPs and processes. Oversee accounts/projects and streamline workflows. Perform QA checks on lead generation, marketing campaigns, digital sales, support/delivery functions. Analyze and devise new KPIs and provide actionable insights. Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports. Optimize strategies and improve team performance. Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements. Train team members on QA protocols, and SOPs. Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and project ownership.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in QA (digital marketing & sales) Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. Detail-oriented with a sharp analytical mindset. Have used CRMs and project management and reporting systems. Knowledge of lead generation, project management, digital sales processes. Proactive, intellectually curious, and a strong problem-solver. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience with SOP creation is a plus.
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
