Job Description

Seth Muhammad Tufail & Sons is seeking a dedicated Sales & Marketing professional with at least five years of experience to drive the sales and marketing efforts for our range of water pumps, uPVC pipes, and agricultural machinery such as chaff cutters. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer relationship management skills and expertise in sales pipeline management, digital marketing, and market research. This role requires visiting dealers regularly to promote and sell products while expanding the existing dealership network. The position demands excellent communication abilities and good negotiation tactics to ensure successful contract closures and maximize revenue opportunities. As this role does not involve managing a team, the focus remains on individual contribution, customer engagement, and industry-specific knowledge to strengthen market presence and increase product uptake. The successful candidate collaborates closely with multiple stakeholders to develop and implement tailored sales campaigns using tools such as Salesforce CRM and Visualforce to optimize performance. Familiarity with negotiation frameworks and strategies specifically related to the water pumps and PVC pipes industry adds significant value. Responsibilities
 

  • Identify and engage potential dealer partners to expand the dealership network effectively.
  • Visit existing and prospective dealers regularly to promote products and facilitate sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and dealers using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing deals, and post-sales follow-up.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Create, plan, and execute targeted marketing and sales campaigns that increase product visibility and drive demand.
  • Utilize digital marketing platforms and Salesforce CRM, including Salesforce Visualforce, to track sales performance and enhance lead management.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations demonstrating product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with dealers using effective negotiation tactics and bargaining strategies to maximize profit margins.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Provide feedback to the product management team based on dealer and customer input to support continuous product improvement.
  • Achieve sales targets consistently, balancing a base salary with performance-based commission incentives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the water pump, uPVC pipes, and agricultural machinery markets to serve customers accurately.
  • Demonstrate personal accountability and professionalism in managing time, customer interactions, and sales reporting without supervision.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to build expertise and enhance company representation.
