Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing marketing strategies, and converting prospects into customers. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and email marketing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (Fresh graduates with strong skills may apply).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and client handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
