We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing customer service sales team focused on patient and client acquisition within the medical tourism sector. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, optimizing sales operations, and mentoring team members to consistently exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
Key Account & Client Relationship Management
Develop and manage strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and high-value clients. Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure clear communication, exceptional customer satisfaction, and sustained revenue growth. Proactively engage with patients and prospective clients, guiding them through the decision-making process and closing sales.
Sales Pipeline & Opportunity Management
Own and actively manage the daily sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead follow-up, accurate forecasting, and efficient movement of prospects through each stage of the sales funnel. Identify bottlenecks early and take corrective action to maintain momentum.
Revenue Growth & Target Achievement
Drive consistent revenue growth by meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. Monitor performance against goals and adjust sales strategies, tactics, and priorities as needed to align with company objectives.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead by example in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Build, mentor, and train junior sales and customer service team members, providing coaching, feedback, and support to help them achieve individual and team goals.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Oversee and execute the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing. Identify new sales opportunities, maximize conversion rates, and ensure sales activities are aligned with overall business strategy.
Client Communication & Negotiation
Leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs, handle objections, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals. Ensure client expectations are managed effectively throughout the sales process.
CRM, AI & Sales Tools Management
Utilize CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and AI-enabled sales tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, maintain accurate records, and support data-driven decision-making.
Data Analysis & Performance Reporting
Analyze sales performance, pipeline metrics, and key KPIs. Prepare regular reports and insights to evaluate results, identify trends, and inform strategic improvements.
Sales Process Optimization
Continuously assess and improve sales processes, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency, scalability, and overall sales effectiveness.
