We are hiring an experienced sales professional to build and close a US-facing pipeline from scratch. This is a high-ownership role. You will generate leads, run calls with American business owners, and close deals independently.
Important: You will own your pipeline, targets, and revenue.
Location: Karachi (On-site)
Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT (US EST/CST aligned)

What You’ll Do
Outbound Sales (Primary Focus)
- Build pipeline via Apollo, LinkedIn, and cold email
- Cold call US-based prospects daily
- Run structured follow-ups and booking sequences
Inbound Conversion
- Handle and qualify leads from Google and Meta campaigns
- Conduct discovery calls and solution walkthroughs
- Convert qualified prospects into paying clients
Sales Execution
- Sell software development services (web, mobile, AI, digital marketing, erp/business solutions)
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and scope with internal teams
- Handle objections around pricing and timelines
- Negotiate and close deals end-to-end
Account Ownership
- Maintain relationships with US clients post-sale
- Coordinate with delivery and technical teams
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain strict CRM discipline (Odoo or similar)
- Track pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions daily
- Report weekly on activity and revenue performance
Mandatory Requirements — Non-Negotiable
- Proven experience selling digital services or products
- (software, SaaS, web/app development, ecommerce, digital marketing, etc.)
- Must have directly worked with US-based clients and closed deals independently
- Strong spoken and written English
- Demonstrated ability to handle cold calling and objection handling
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Comfortable with permanent night shift
