We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our outbound lead generation efforts. Your primary mission? Identifying and engaging healthcare providers to fuel our medical billing sales pipeline.
If you have a "hunter" mentality, a thick skin for cold calling, and the ability to explain complex billing ROI to busy practice managers, we want to talk to you.
Core Responsibilities
Aggressive Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume cold calling to private practices, clinics, and surgical centers.
Lead Qualification: Navigate gatekeepers and reach key decision-makers (Doctors, Office Managers, CFOs) to qualify their current billing pain points.
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust database of prospects within our CRM.
Value Proposition: Clearly articulate how our medical billing solutions reduce claim denials and increase "clean claim" rates.
Appointment Setting: Successfully transition qualified leads to the closing team by scheduling high-value consultations.
Key Requirements
The "Grind" Mindset: Proven experience in outbound B2B sales
Medical Literacy: Basic understanding of ICD-10, CPT codes, and the general healthcare reimbursement landscape.
Communication Skills: Professional phone presence with the ability to build instant rapport and handle objections with poise.
Results-Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding monthly lead generation quotas.
