Ihsan Sons Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager with at least five years of experience to lead, develop, and execute effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 20 professionals, focusing on expanding the company’s market presence, increasing product sales, and strengthening customer relationships. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to inspire and direct the sales team to consistently meet and exceed set targets. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client accounts. The Sales Manager collaborates closely with the Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure alignment in brand messaging and product launches. By analyzing sales data and customer feedback, the Manager will continually refine sales tactics to optimize performance. Establishing professional agreements and negotiating with major customers is a key responsibility, as is monitoring sales metrics to propose improvements. This position demands excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to meeting client needs and expanding the company’s customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team of 20 employees, providing guidance and motivation to maximize performance.
  • Expand and maintain the customer base by establishing strong and productive relationships with key clients.
  • Manage major customer accounts with hands-on involvement to address complex needs and negotiate agreements.
  • Analyze sales figures, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize sales processes and strategies.
  • Generate new business leads and identify emerging market opportunities to increase sales channels.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and support new product launches.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities and recommend improvements to boost productivity.
  • Collect and incorporate market research to adapt sales approaches and anticipate market changes.
  • Ensure timely and effective solutions are provided to meet client requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers, ensuring favorable terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Promote continuous team development through training and performance evaluations to sustain high levels of motivation and sales results.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive advantage.
