Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Upwork Bidder / Proposal Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on Upwork, crafting high-converting proposals, and initiating conversations with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork daily
• Write customized and high-converting proposals (no copy-paste)
• Communicate with clients and respond to messages promptly
• Qualify leads and coordinate meetings with the sales team
• Maintain a tracker/CRM for proposals, responses, and conversions
• Follow up with potential clients to maximize conversion rate

Requirements

• Proven experience in Upwork bidding or freelance platforms
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Strong understanding of B2B sales / lead generation
• Ability to research client needs and tailor proposals accordingly
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or tech services
• Understanding of sales funnels and client acquisition
• Track record of securing projects or generating leads

KPIs / Performance Metrics

• Number of proposals sent per day/week
• Response rate from clients
• Meetings booked
• Deals generated / revenue contribution
