Full job description

We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Sales Interns, suited for those serious about building a career in sales and client communication. In this role, you will handle client interactions on platforms such as Upwork, understand project requirements, and support converting leads into deals, while gaining practical, hands-on experience in real-world sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with international clients in a clear and professional manner

Understand client needs and respond with relevant solutions

Assist in managing conversations and supporting deal closures

Maintain consistency, responsiveness, and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements:

Age between 16 to 23

Strong English communication skills

Confident, proactive, and willing to learn

Serious commitment towards building a sales career

Work Schedule and Setup:

This is a hybrid role, and both onsite and remote work are mandatory on a daily basis. Candidates must strictly follow the schedule below, five days a week:

4:00 PM to 8:00 PM: Onsite (Gulshan Block 5, near Sir Syed University, Karachi)

9:30 PM to 1:30 AM: Remote

Please note that this schedule is fixed and not optional. Candidates must be available and committed during both time slots every working day.

Compensation:

Monthly compensation ranges between PKR 30,000 to 40,000, along with performance-based commission.
Conveyance allowance will be provided to deserving candidates, subject to residence.
