Sales Intern / Trainee – Automobile Sales

Suzuki South | Karachi

Role Overview

Suzuki South is looking for confident, energetic and motivated young individuals who want to start their career in automobile sales.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the complete automobile sales process—from customer interaction and product presentation to test drives, lead follow-ups and vehicle bookings.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome and professionally engage showroom customers.

· Understand customer requirements and introduce suitable Suzuki vehicles.

· Learn vehicle features, specifications and variants to confidently assist customers.

· Arrange and coordinate test drives.

· Generate new sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals and digital/social media.

· Use Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X.com and similar digital platforms for prospecting, lead generation and customer engagement.

· Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.

· Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, test drives and customer feedback.

· Assist the sales team in converting inquiries into bookings.

· Support promotional activities, customer events and vehicle displays.

· Develop an understanding of automobile financing, registration and the vehicle delivery process.

Who Should Apply?

Age: 18–25 years

O-Level and A-Level graduates, university students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

We are looking for candidates with:

· Strong communication skills in English and Urdu

· Confidence in interacting with customers

· Presentable personality and professional attitude

· Interest in cars, sales and customer service

· Good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X.com and other digital platforms

· Basic computer skills

· Willingness to learn and work toward sales targets

· Positive and proactive attitude

Previous automobile sales experience is not required. Training will be provided.

What You'll Learn

Practical experience in automobile sales, customer handling, lead generation, test-drive management, sales follow-ups, negotiation, digital prospecting and dealership operations.
