Sales Executive

TechPal is a dynamic startup specializing in web development using cutting-edge technologies such as Python, Django, React and Vue.js. We are committed to delivering innovative and high-quality solutions to our clients. We also built and run MomentPik (momentpik.com), an AI-powered event photography platform that's already the market leader in Pakistan.

About the Role:

We're hiring our first Sales & Sales Marketing to build this function from the ground up. This isn't a role where you follow someone else's playbook — there is no playbook. You'll create the strategy, execute it, and own the results. As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead the department.

Responsibilities:

- Build and manage TechPal's social media presence and brand

- Create marketing content (posts, campaigns, case studies) that positions TechPal as a go-to software partner

- Identify and reach out to potential clients for custom software development and MomentPik through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and cold outreach

- Handle the full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed deal

- Prepare and present proposals and sales presentations

- Demo MomentPik to event organizers, photographers, and race directors

- Develop and execute creative strategies to grow revenue

- Track pipeline, measure results, and report weekly

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development

- Proven track record of closing deals (not just generating leads)

- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

- Ability to create content and copy without relying on a designer for every deliverable

- Proficient with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, Canva, WhatsApp Business, and CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar)

- Experience selling services (ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical clients)

- Self-starter mindset — you take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do

Nice to Have:

- Startup experience

- Experience with SaaS products

- Freelancing, social selling, or client-facing roles

- Understanding of the tech/software industry
