Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (On-Site)

We are expanding our International Outbound Division and seeking Sales Executives ready to build a long-term career, not just find a job.

What You'll Do

• Lead targeted B2B outbound campaigns for international markets
• Qualify global leads, negotiate terms, and close high-value contracts
• Maintain a high-velocity CRM pipeline with daily outreach targets
• Participate in daily strategy huddles and professional call coaching

What You Bring

Must-Have:

• 1+ years in International B2B Sales, Outbound Acquisition, or high-performance BPO environment
• Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency (C1/C2 level)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Ability to commute to Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi

Preferred:

• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Background in design sales or complex B2B solutions
