Corporate World Intelligence (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. In this role, you will actively engage with senior decision-makers to sell our conferences and training programs, effectively managing the sales pipeline to generate consistent revenue growth. You will conduct thorough research to identify potential participants and leverage your skills in customer relationship management, lead generation, and sales presentations to meet and exceed sales targets. This position is fully onsite at our office in Gulshan Iqbal Block-15 and requires a proactive approach with excellent communication skills in English. The ideal candidate has a minimum of one year of B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate events, and is skilled in using CRM software, lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools. This full-time role offers competitive salary packages along with attractive commissions and sales incentives. The Sales Executive will operate independently without managing a team but will play a critical role in expanding the companys client base and driving business growth through effective networking and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations to promote conference and training offerings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status to provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Conduct detailed research to identify new business opportunities and potential participants for corporate events and training sessions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that clearly communicate the benefits and value propositions of offered services.
  • Leverage lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to connect with prospective clients and expand the sales funnel.
  • Employ email marketing tools to nurture leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and event coordination teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals and promotional activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to tailor approaches and stay ahead in the marketplace.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, driven, and target-oriented mindset by consistently pursuing new sales opportunities and meeting set objectives.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards, fostering trust and long-term client partnerships.
  • Provide timely and detailed reports on sales performance, challenges, and market feedback to management for continuous improvement.
