Claimora Medical Billing is seeking a motivated Sales Executive with 2 or more years of experience to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on driving sales growth by effectively managing customer relationships, generating leads, and navigating the sales funnel to close opportunities in the healthcare billing sector. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, exceptional negotiation abilities, and experience with CRM software to maintain and develop a robust sales pipeline. Preference is given to candidates with a background in US healthcare or revenue cycle management (RCM). As a Sales Executive, you will work independently without team management responsibilities, focusing on individual performance and achieving sales targets. The position requires a proactive approach to lead qualification, objection handling, and building trust with potential clients. You will play a key role in promoting Claimora Medical Billing's services by utilizing strategic customer relationship management techniques and coordinating lead management activities to ensure consistent business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients using effective customer relationship management strategies.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various sources to build a healthy sales pipeline and ensure continuous business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales funnel by tracking progress of leads from initial contact to closing, optimizing each stage for maximum conversion.
  • Utilize CRM software to record interactions, update customer information, and monitor lead status accurately and timely.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve win-win agreements that align with company goals.
  • Handle customer objections skillfully to address concerns, provide solutions, and maintain interest in Claimora Medical Billing’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and service enhancements.
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to tailor sales approaches and identify new business opportunities within the healthcare billing industry.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate value propositions clearly and support decision-making by clients.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and maintain consistent communication to strengthen relationships and foster loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting healthcare revenue cycle management.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
