Job Description

Cbs is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and possess 1 to 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the IT industry. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills and a self-driven approach to achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will focus on building and managing customer relationships, generating leads, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. A basic understanding of IT products and services will be advantageous in effectively meeting client needs and contributing to the company's sales growth. As a Sales Executive at Cbs, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and expanding our client base. You will engage directly with prospective and existing customers, applying your skills in customer relationship management and B2B sales to close deals and foster long-term partnerships. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the role demands a high degree of independence, organization, and strategic planning to meet and exceed sales quotas and contribute meaningfully to the companys objectives.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote company products and services.
  • Generate new business leads through targeted market research, outbound prospecting, and networking activities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track sales activities, update client information, and manage follow-ups.
  • Conduct detailed market research to understand customer demands, competitor activities, and emerging industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to communicate customer feedback and support product enhancements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to achieve win-win outcomes while maximizing company revenue.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
  • Stay informed about the latest IT products and services to better articulate their benefits to customers.
  • Maintain professional knowledge by attending industry events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Follow company policies and ethical standards in every aspect of the sales process.
  • Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and approaches based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
