Pixel Arts seeks a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships. This role requires managing a team of 20 persons, guiding them to achieve individual and collective targets. With a reliable internet connection and the ability to multitask, the candidate adapts quickly to evolving sales strategies and digital platforms. Effective written communication in English is essential to perform documentation and correspondence tasks accurately. Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and manage a sales team of 20, setting clear objectives and monitoring progress to meet company targets.
  • Develop and implement sales plans based on forecasting data to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Generate new business leads through research and outreach efforts to expand the company's client base.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients showcasing product benefits and addressing their needs.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, resolving issues to maintain trust and positive rapport.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements for sales processes.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and timely, maintaining organized records for reporting purposes.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
