We are seeking motivated Sales Executives with a passion for technology and customer service to join our dynamic team at our Shahrah-e-Faisal location in Karachi. This role suits individuals with different experience levels including experienced professionals, fresh graduates, or interns eager to develop their sales skills in a fast-growing industry. Sales Executives will engage directly with clients to understand their security needs and offer customized CCTV solutions, collaborating closely with technical teams to deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction. While this position does not involve managing a team, it offers the opportunity to develop independent sales expertise and contribute significantly to business growth.
Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through multiple channels including phone calls, in-person visits, and digital platforms to expand the customer base.

Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations explaining the benefits and technical features of CCTV surveillance systems and associated installation services.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their evolving security needs and providing tailored solutions that meet those requirements.

Negotiate contract terms professionally and efficiently to successfully close sales agreements that benefit both the company and the client.

Collaborate with the technical installation team to coordinate service delivery and ensure that installations meet customer expectations and company standards.

Meet and exceed established monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the companys overall growth and profitability.

Prepare detailed sales reports and provide regular feedback to management regarding client interactions, market trends, and competitive activities.

Stay updated on latest security technologies and industry developments to confidently communicate value propositions and maintain a competitive edge.

Work independently with strong discipline while also contributing positively within a team environment to achieve collective sales goals.

Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs designed to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development for all experience levels.
