INVORTECH LLC is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to join its design department, specializing in handling chat-based sales inquiries during the evening and night shifts. The ideal candidate will utilize strong customer relationship management skills and familiarity with Salesforce to engage clients effectively and promote the companys design products. This position requires clear and persuasive communication to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. The Sales Executive will operate in-person at the companys location and will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment. The role involves managing a team of 40 persons, requiring excellent leadership and organizational skills to coordinate sales activities efficiently and ensure the team achieves its goals. With a focus on evening and night shifts, the candidate must be adaptable and self-motivated, able to maintain high performance during these hours. Two years of relevant experience is essential to navigate customer interactions professionally and drive business growth in this competitive sector.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to chat sales inquiries from potential customers.
  • Promote the full range of design products offered by the company to increase sales revenue.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Manage and coordinate a team of 40 persons, providing guidance and support to ensure collective success.
  • Utilize customer relationship management tools, including Salesforce, to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the design department to stay informed about new products, promotions, and updates.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to inform strategic decisions and improve sales processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards during all sales activities.
  • Adapt to the evening and night shift work schedule, maintaining productivity and responsiveness throughout the shift.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer concerns and feedback thoughtfully to maintain satisfaction and address issues promptly.
