Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Engineer for our Solar Division growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, conducting client meetings, and converting sales opportunities for solar installation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers in residential, commercial, and small industrial sectors.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to explain solar solutions and their benefits.
Prepare sales proposals and close solar installation projects.
Explore new market opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), Business, Marketing or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience (solar industry experience preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the solar market in Karachi will be an advantage.
Mobility: Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
