HR WAYS (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the companys international expansion into new markets across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and emerging regions. The ideal candidate brings over eight years of experience in logistics and freight sales, with a proven track record in strategic sales planning, contract management, and pipeline management. This role focuses on developing and executing global sales strategies, entering new regions, building strategic partnerships, securing large client accounts, and driving significant revenue growth. The successful candidate will leverage deep knowledge of cross-border trade and logistics challenges to close high-value deals with enterprise clients, while continuously assessing market opportunities and adapting plans for successful entry and expansion. This position requires working onsite in Bahadurabad, Karachi, during the evening to night shift, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive global sales strategies to support expansion into targeted international markets including Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and evaluate new regions with high potential for logistics and freight services growth.
  • Formulate detailed go-to-market plans tailored to the unique dynamics and customer needs of each region.
  • Establish and maintain strong strategic partnerships with local logistics providers, distributors, and freight networks to expedite market entry and increase service coverage.
  • Own revenue generation responsibilities by leading efforts to meet or exceed global sales targets and expansion goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities at a cross-industry level to diversify and strengthen the companys client portfolio internationally.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients to secure repeat business and build customer loyalty.
  • Negotiate and close complex, high-value contracts that address the specific challenges and requirements of international logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with operational capabilities and company goals.
  • Monitor ongoing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and priority setting.
  • Deliver clear and concise reports to company leadership on sales progress, market intelligence, and strategic partnership development.
  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline using effective pipeline management techniques to track prospects, forecast sales, and drive pipeline velocity.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of contracts and seamless customer onboarding.
  • Champion best practices in sales methodologies and continuously improve sales processes to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness.
