HR WAYS (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead the companys international expansion into new markets across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and emerging regions. The ideal candidate brings over eight years of experience in logistics and freight sales, with a proven track record in strategic sales planning, contract management, and pipeline management. This role focuses on developing and executing global sales strategies, entering new regions, building strategic partnerships, securing large client accounts, and driving significant revenue growth. The successful candidate will leverage deep knowledge of cross-border trade and logistics challenges to close high-value deals with enterprise clients, while continuously assessing market opportunities and adapting plans for successful entry and expansion. This position requires working onsite in Bahadurabad, Karachi, during the evening to night shift, Monday through Friday.
