Responsibilities
 

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via telephone and social media, providing accurate and detailed information about visa consultancy services
  • Manage and update lead information in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness for effective pipeline management
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture leads and support successful conversions
  • Maintain professional, clear, and courteous communication while addressing client queries and concerns
  • Assist the sales team with documentation and order processing to ensure smooth and efficient client transactions
  • Accurately record and manage data related to client interactions and sales activities for reporting and tracking purposes
  • Monitor and support sales performance tracking, contributing to process improvements and enhanced customer satisfaction
  • Stay up to date with Gulf Star Service’s visa consultancy services to provide correct and relevant information to clients
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve skills and align with company standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently and ensure a seamless customer experience
