Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to drive sales of EV vehicles, insurance, accessories, and related services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer handling, vehicle presentations, test drives, sales closures, and maintaining long-term customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage new customer leads through showroom visits, referrals, and corporate outreach

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions

Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives professionally

Handle customer objections and close sales effectively

Coordinate vehicle delivery and ensure an excellent customer experience

Maintain strong relationships with customers and banks for financing deals

Update customer records and follow-ups through CRM systems

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Customer-focused and sales-driven mindset

Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes

Experience in automotive sales is preferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred
