Experience Required: Fresh – 1 Year

Job Summary

Cimpletech is expanding its Pakistan-based sales team and is hiring for two roles. We serve clients in Australia and the USA offering a full range of digital services. ROLE 1: SALES CLOSER

Salary: PKR 70,000 – PKR 200,000 per month + Bonuses

Role Overview

You will receive warm, pre-qualified leads from our in-house lead generation team and convert them into paying clients. No cold calling. No lead hunting. Just closing.

Responsibilities

• Receive and close warm pre-qualified leads from the lead gen team
• Conduct professional sales calls and chats with US and Australian clients
• Present and pitch Cimpletech’s full suite of digital services
• Handle objections and close front-end upsells
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain and update CRM records after every interaction
• Provide feedback to the lead gen team to improve lead quality

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience selling digital services (mandatory)
• Proven ability to close high-ticket deals
• Strong objection handling skills
• Excellent spoken English (clear and professional)
• Experience with leads (preferred)
• Comfortable working night shift hours aligned with US time zones
• Self-motivated and target-driven

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a lead gen + closer sales team structure
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho
• Fluent English with ability to build rapport quickly
• Competitive and results-oriented mindset

ROLE 2: LEAD GENERATION AGENT

Salary: PKR 45,000 per month + Bonuses

Role Overview

As a Lead Generation Agent at Cimpletech, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying potential clients across the USA and Australian markets. Your qualified leads feed directly to our closing team.

Responsibilities

• Source and reach out to potential clients and other platforms
• Qualify leads based on set criteria before handing off to the sales closer
• Maintain accurate lead records and update the CRM daily
• Follow up with prospects to keep them engaged in the pipeline
• Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets
• Collaborate closely with the sales closer to ensure smooth handoffs

Required Skills

Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Ability to identify and qualify business leads

Comfortable working night shift hours (PKT aligned with US time zones)

Basic computer skills and internet proficiency

Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in lead generation or telemarketing
• Experience using CRM tools
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales environment
