The Role

• Lead Engagement: Manage incoming inquiries, qualify customer needs, and facilitate the sales process.
• Strategic Hand-offs: Ensure seamless coordination with our Senior Closing team.
• CRM Management: Maintain high-level accuracy in logging US business interactions.

What We Are Looking For

• Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills—clear, persuasive, and professional.
• Experience: At least 6+ months in International Sales, BPO, or High-Tier Customer Support.
• Mindset: High energy and the ability to treat every qualified lead as a priority.
• Availability: 100% on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar for the permanent night shift.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per hour
