HR WAYS (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a proactive and dedicated Sales Associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the packaging industry to join its team in Karachi. This role focuses on driving sales growth by generating new client leads, maintaining comprehensive client data, and building strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate employs excellent customer relationship management and communication skills to promote the company’s advanced packaging and printing solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the company’s overall success. The Sales Associate operates independently and collaborates closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and enhance client engagement. Responsibilities include managing client databases accurately, conducting regular follow-ups, assisting the Sales Manager with lead generation activities, and staying informed about market trends and competitors. While this role does not involve managing a team, it requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new client leads through cold calling and other effective outreach methods within the Karachi area to introduce the company’s printing and packaging services.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate client database by logging all client interactions, inquiries, and follow-up actions to ensure data accessibility and usefulness.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships, address queries, and provide additional information to support purchasing decisions.
  • Support the Sales Manager by providing qualified leads and assisting in the initial engagement stages with potential clients, including preparing reports outlining lead generation outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation strategies and client engagement processes through active participation in team meetings and strategy discussions.
  • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the Karachi region, adjusting lead generation tactics accordingly.
  • Participate occasionally in industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote the company’s products and services.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Customer Relationship Management, customer data management, and communication skills to effectively support sales activities and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare documentation, reports, and presentations related to sales activities and client engagements.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures when interacting with customers and representing HR WAYS (PRIVATE) LIMITED.
