Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Karachi for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, building relationships with clients, managing sales processes, promoting products and services, and providing exceptional customer support. The selected candidate will create training materials, lead client training sessions, and contribute to achieving business growth targets.

Qualifications

• Fresh BBA or MBA required from reputable university
• Proficient in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and contribute to business growth
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships and provide excellent support
• Ability to create and deliver effective Training programs
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the IT sector
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
