As a Retail Sales Executive at SS Alliance International, you play a vital role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the brand's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You greet customers warmly, assist them in selecting premium cigars and accessories tailored to their individual preferences, and provide expert product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience. Your strong communication skills and sales techniques enable you to effectively engage customers, promote products, and drive sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies. Additionally, you accurately handle all sales transactions and maintain the store's appearance to uphold a premium atmosphere. In this role, you do not manage a team but collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and participation in promotional activities. You follow all standard operating procedures, compliance requirements, and retail policies to maintain a professional and disciplined environment. Your attention to detail and dedication contribute to building long-term customer relationships and fostering loyalty through consistent, high-quality service.
Responsibilities
 

  • Welcome customers warmly and provide a premium shopping experience aligned with the companys brand values.
  • Assist customers in selecting cigars and related accessories based on their tastes, preferences, and needs.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of cigar products, brands, storage techniques, and accessories to inform and educate customers.
  • Use effective sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling, to increase sales and meet store targets.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, including billing and handling cash and card payments.
  • Manage customer information and maintain data confidentiality through proper customer data management practices.
  • Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed, well-stocked, and arranged to optimize sales and visual appeal.
  • Monitor inventory levels regularly and report shortages or discrepancies to store management promptly.
  • Adhere strictly to hygiene standards, punctuality, professional behavior, and company discipline at all times.
  • Follow company standard operating procedures, retail policies, sales guidelines, and compliance requirements carefully.
  • Support ongoing promotional activities, product launches, and in-store events by providing assistance and driving customer interaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
