About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with a strong background in Chinese restaurants to oversee daily operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Chinese cuisine service standards, staff coordination, and high-volume operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, hygiene, and food quality.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate the local floor staff. Implement strict SOPs for customer service and safety.
• Pre-opening Setup: Assist the owner with supplier sourcing, licensing, and setting up the restaurant for the upcoming launch.
• Customer Experience: Ensure guests receive an authentic and welcoming dining experience. Handle inquiries and feedback professionally.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in a reputable restaurant, hotel, or hospitality chain in Karachi.
• Language: Fluent in English and Urdu. (Knowledge of Chinese/Mandarin is a HUGE Plus and will be rewarded with a higher salary package).
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of Sindh Food Authority (SFA) regulations.
• Personality: Proactive, honest, and adaptable to a cross-cultural working environment.

Work Type: Onsite

Working Days: 6-day week.

Work Time: 9 hours per day on rotation
