Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

Location: Remote (Offshore)

Must be willing to work in U.S. EST Timezone with 8 hours support each day Monday to Friday

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to support ongoing implementation, enhancement, and support activities across multiple HCM modules. This is a hands-on freelance role for someone who can independently execute configurations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver functional solutions with minimal supervision.

This role is ideal for a consultant who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can take ownership of tasks end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and related modules
• Lead and execute Redwood UI enablement, including personalization using Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
• Support Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) configurations (requisitions, candidate flows, approvals, etc.)
• Work on Talent Management modules (Performance, Goals, Profiles, etc.)
• Manage and configure roles, security (RBAC), and data access
• Perform data loads and updates using HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions
• Assist with quarterly release testing (e.g., 25B, 25C, 25D) and impact analysis
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into solutions
• Create/update functional documentation (e.g., AN100, BRD, test scripts)
• Support UAT, SIT, and production deployments

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion)
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Core HR
• Redwood UI
• Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
• Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
• Talent modules

• Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data migration and fixes
• Solid understanding of:
• Role-based security (RBAC)
• Approval workflows (BPM)

• Ability to troubleshoot issues across modules
• Experience working in multiple environments (DEV/TEST/PROD)
• Strong communication and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Fast Formulas (FF)
• Exposure to Absence, OTL, or Payroll integrations
• Experience with Redwood migrations / upgrades
• Familiarity with OIC integrations
• Prior consulting experience with multiple clients

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
