Pvt Job- Proactively dealing the process of onboarding Corporate clients with the supervision of assigned Team Leader
- Supervising ARMs for dealing day to day tasks with Credit Administration Department/Lawyers/Clients etc.
- Drafting Credit Proposals and Credit Reviews, Presenting credit proposals to Credit Committee with Team Leader.
- Assist in due diligence of Corporate clients with Compliance department. Evaluate and execute investment banking syndicate transactions with detailed screening, valuation, structuring, term sheets, negotiations, documentation and conducting all necessary pre and post disbursement formalities.
- Liaise with internal and external legal counsel, credit risk management, commercial banks, and external consultants to review documentation and ensure open communication throughout all stages of the facility documentation.
- Analyze clients requirements and manage all client communication and counseling for customers and prepare required documentation.
