Relationship Manager Commercial Banking will be responsible for the growth and management of the advances portfolio, and provide a high level of service delivery to Commercial Clients of the Bank, whilst ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to Commercial Financing, in order to support the achievement of assigned advances, profitability and NTB targets, support growth of the Banks portfolio of Sharia compliant financing, and add value to the business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop New to bank customer and taking care of existing customer to sustain strong, trust-based relationships with commercial clients in line with Bank policies
  • Conduct detailed credit assessments, structuring and recommending corporate credit facilities that align with the banks risk management framework.
  • Collaborate closely with the credit approval and risk management teams to facilitate timely and sound credit decisions.
  • Monitor client accounts proactively to identify and mitigate potential credit risks.
  • Serve as a financial advisor to clients, offering insights and solutions that help optimize their business operations and financial health.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities, capturing the value chain in line with the Faysal Bank Limited products and services.
