Job Description

As a Relationship Executive at Easypaisa Digital Bank, you play a critical role in strengthening client relationships by providing exceptional service and promoting the bank’s products. Your main focus is on deposit mobilization and increasing the current account base through the acquisition of small ticket accounts to ensure book stabilization. You will work tirelessly to achieve monthly targets related to current account deposits and new account openings. By accurately assessing customer needs and resolving issues promptly, you contribute to building lasting client trust and satisfaction. Your up-to-date knowledge of products and compliance guidelines ensures that all services are delivered in line with regulatory standards. This role demands proactive engagement in cross-selling, lead generation, and collaboration with other departments to promote related financial solutions. You are expected to deliver the highest level of service to customers by understanding their financial requirements and facilitating seamless banking experiences. As this position does not involve team management, individual accountability and strong self-motivation are key to succeeding in driving business growth and client retention for Easypaisa Digital Bank.


Responsibilities
 

  • Mobilize deposits actively by identifying and acquiring new clients for current account openings.
  • Increase incremental current account balances through targeting and securing small ticket accounts.
  • Achieve monthly targets related to current account deposits and account openings consistently.
  • Assess customer needs accurately to recommend suitable products and services.
  • Manage customer interactions with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution.
  • Generate leads and cross-sell relevant banking products by collaborating with other departments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all bank products, services, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by responding promptly to inquiries and service requests.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements at all times.
