Position Overview

  • The Assistant Branch Manager / Administrative Officer will support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations
  • Ensure smooth administrative functioning, staff coordination, and operational efficiency
  • Role combines administrative control with operational support
  • Ensure effective execution of business activities and compliance with company standards

Education & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, HR, or related field
  • MBA or professional certification in Operations / Administration is an advantage

Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in administration, branch operations, or office coordination
  • Experience in supporting management in operational or supervisory roles preferred
  • Exposure to reporting, documentation control, and team coordination in a structured organization

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations and workflow
  • Supervise administrative activities and ensure proper execution of office procedures
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and internal reporting systems
  • Coordinate between departments, clients, vendors, and management for operational tasks
  • Monitor staff attendance, performance coordination, and general office discipline
  • Support preparation of operational reports, MIS data, and management summaries
  • Assist in procurement coordination, approvals, and cost control processes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination for branch activities
