Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Relationship Associate / Manager for its Bancassurance division. While the role does not involve managing a team, you will act as an ambassador for Fulcrum Pvt Ltd within bank channels, driving individual performance and contributing to team objectives. Your expertise in financial advisory, along with the ability to generate leads and close sales, is critical to success. Responsibilities
 

  • Promote and market general insurance products at assigned bank branches to increase sales and market share.
  • Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Identify potential client needs through proactive engagement and deliver expert, needs-based insurance advice.
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach activities aligned with company targets.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using company systems.
  • Collaborate with bank personnel to coordinate joint promotional efforts and customer servicing.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and regulatory requirements affecting bancassurance offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations when presenting insurance solutions.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
