JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager – Warehouse to oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch. The role ensures inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, compliance with safety standards, and effective coordination with internal departments to support smooth supply chain operations.

Location: Korangi - Karachi

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise overall warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and documentation.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and implement FIFO and FEFO methods for stock management.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment to prevent stock shortages.
• Maintain physical stock records and reconcile inventory with the ERP system.
• Plan warehouse capacity and operations during seasonal peaks such as Ramzan, Eid, and other events.
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, temperature control, and safety standards as per SOPs.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff on inventory handling procedures and safety practices.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and ERP systems.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per hour
