Role Overview
Lead the regional sales function to promote the company’s image and products, achieve sales targets, and foster a motivating environment for the sales team. The role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and customer satisfaction focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and explore new avenues for business growth.
• Identify product development opportunities through sampling and trials in industrial and commercial segments.
• Ensure effective customer management with prompt response and timely delivery.
• Guide, coach, and mentor the team to develop future leaders and encourage innovation.
• Collaborate with marketing on pricing and quality, and provide demand forecasts for effective stock management.
• Prepare visit reports, sales/tour plans, and market mapping in compliance with company policies.
• Conduct surveys for market intelligence, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
