Protection One is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of five in expanding our business operations and driving company growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, managing team performance, and fostering strong client relationships to achieve business development targets. The Sales Manager leads the sales team by setting clear objectives and providing ongoing support, coaching, and motivation to maximize productivity and achieve sales goals. Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential to successfully promote company products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand the company's market presence and achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a sales team of five members to enhance performance and professional development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Present company products and services effectively to prospective customers through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales performance to provide accurate business projections and reports.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing and management to align sales goals with overall company objectives.
  • Prepare detailed sales proposals, business reports, and presentations for management review and client meetings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets by driving consistent sales efforts and closing deals.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance using key performance indicators and provide constructive feedback.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative team environment to enhance motivation, productivity, and employee engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices by participating in professional training and development programs.
  • Effectively manage client negotiations and resolve any issues to maintain positive business relationships.
