What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer
• Collaborate directly with the PM and hiring manager
• Experiment with creative sourcing strategies across multiple platforms
• Build an outstanding candidate experience and help shape our hiring culture

What You Bring:

• 1–3+ years of recruitment experience (startup, in-house, or agency)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (or a fast learner!)
• A self-starter mindset and comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment
