What You Bring:

  • 1–3+ years of recruitment experience (startup, in-house, or agency)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools (or a fast learner!)
  • A self-starter mindset and comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment
