Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Recruiter at CoreX International. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating with hiring managers. This role involves managing recruitment processes and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates
Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in IT or BPO industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
