Job Description

Fariha Builders & Developers is seeking a motivated and confident Calling Agent to join our sales team. Basic communication skills (Urdu & English). Basic knowledge of real estate.

Responsibilities
 

• Contact prospective clients in a timely and professional manner to qualify leads and generate sales opportunities.
• Use CRM software to document lead interactions, update customer information, and track sales progress.
• Implement lead scoring methods to prioritize calls and focus efforts on high-potential prospects.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
• Achieve and consistently meet set targets for call volume, lead qualification, and sales conversions.
• Demonstrate professionalism, attentiveness, and confidence during all customer interactions.
