Quality Operations Officer

Job Description

Hamdard Pakistan is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Operations Officer. This is a contractual position for 6 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance. The role involves preparing, compiling, and maintaining product dossiers in compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating with QA, QC, and Production teams. Ideal for candidates with up to one year of experience, it requires strong documentation skills and a basic understanding of QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities
 

• Prepare and compile comprehensive product dossiers according to applicable regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with the Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Production departments to collect accurate and complete information required for dossier preparation.
• Ensure all documentation and records meet the specified regulatory standards and internal quality protocols.
• Maintain and update product dossiers and related documentation to reflect the latest regulatory and product information.
• Utilize document management systems to organize and preserve records securely and systematically.
• Support compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements by staying informed about relevant standards and guidelines.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance practices by providing accurate and timely documentation support.
• Demonstrate strong coordination skills to facilitate communication between Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Production teams for smooth operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in documentation quality and data management procedures.
• Adhere strictly to confidentiality and security guidelines related to sensitive product and regulatory information.
